WHO WE ARE

  
The TAC Group was established to assist private sector companies in navigating their way through the often complex process of submitting bids and proposals to the Government.  We also offer our services to Government in an effort to assist with standardizing the bid process and establishing policies and procedures designed to reduce bid rejections.

 Our president, Art Tillberg, through his 32+ years of government experience and an extensive network of industry professionals is able to bring together unique project teams with direct knowledge and experience specific to any governmental project or program.   Although currently most of our associates have ties to South Florida, we are constantly expanding our database of associates to other regions of the Country.  If we do not have associates in your particular region we will tell you so and will reach out to our network to provide any assistance and contact information available.

We are constantly monitoring bidding opportunities through the various electronic bidding services and will keep our clients informed as to developments in their specific area of interest.

In providing these services, the TAC Group will only assist one client in the preparations of bid documents for a specific project.  To do otherwise would risk charges of collusion.  A full nondisclosure and confidentially agreement will be provided by the TAC Group and individually signed by every team member specific to your project.
